Highlights: 5-Years Army Reserve, Rank E6,Flight School NavCad 2-54, HT-8 and commissioned 2Lt, USMCR 3-16-55. Served 8 years in USMCR as Helo Pilot. Inter-service transfer to USN 3-08-63 with Rank of LT. Qualified in both Helo, fixed wing & jet. Most rewarding flying was Combat SAR with HC-1 and HC-7, accumulating 212 Combat Missions. After retirement, on GI Bill obtained Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and had a rewarding 2nd career. Current fighting Multiple-Myeloma cancer (Combat-related Agent Orange). Have published 3 novels. |
