Highlights: Went into pilot training at age 19...received wings just after age 21. 2 tours flying E-2 Hawkeyes to Vietnam aboard USS Connie and USS Kittyhawk. Attended Safety School at Monterey, Squadron Safety Officer, over 200 traps. RAD in 1968...flew for Western Airlines then merged with Delta. Retired as an airline pilot in 2003. |
