I was the first Navy pilot qualified in the C-130 and flew them off skis for two years in the Antarctic during my five years of service there. Having been reverted to Reserve per the Holloway Plan, my last year in the Navy there were twelve Lcdr reserves and the twelve of us had 144 pass-overs for Cdr.
